Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Embraces a New Era with Name Change to CCEAP
Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI) has officially undergone a significant transformation, adopting a new name: Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP). This change marks an exciting new chapter for the company, aligning with its ongoing commitment to growth, sustainability, and deeper connections with Filipino communities.
The decision comes after the announcement on February 23, 2024, that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc (CCEP) and Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) completed the acquisition of CCBPI. The transition to CCEAP is now official, following the approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Gareth McGeown, President and CEO of CCEAP, shared his enthusiasm about the rebranding, emphasizing the company’s long-term vision:
